Shop & Share

Shop & Share

Donations line the Capitol Rotunda after the 2012 Shop & Share drive.Shop and Share is a one-day goods drive to benefit the 15 Kentucky Coalition Against Domestic Violence (KCADV) shelters across the state. On Shop and Share Day, volunteers at Kroger, Food City and Super Dollar Discount Food stores provide shoppers with a list of items needed at KCADV shelters – such as non-perishable foods, school supplies, hygiene products and cleaning supplies. Shoppers can then purchase and directly donate the items in the stores.

The 2015 Shop and Share Day will be held Saturday, March 28 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

“Shop and Share will not be a success without the support and generosity of Kentuckians across the Commonwealth. By volunteering two hours of your time on March 28, you can play a part in supporting domestic violence victims and shelters in your community.”

- First Lady Jane Beshear
